Terry isn't anything to note physically speaking. He's a handsome young man with a medium build. His body is slightly toned as he is athletic, but more of the Muggle sorts. Being more torso than limbs, Quidditch just isn't his sport. While he was known for being clean shaven back at school, Terry is often found with a hairy chin, a product of his wanting to look older as well as his busy state from running a pharmacy of his own with his brother.
The first thing anyone would notice about Terry's face is his smile. It's a point of pride to his mother that his teeth are as fine as they are, but that isn't the thing that draws attention. His dimples that one day will turn to wrinkles now only show as charming lines and dents. If his smile is his mother's pride, then his brown messy hair is easily her shame.

Quirks/Habits: Hygiene. He has to wash his hands before meals, after the library, after handling money. He keeps his things organized though maybe not exactly clean by some standards. Shelves often seem caked in dust, but all the items are in perfect lines and alphabetical order.

Terry is a kind young man. He isn't easily distracted and will finish what he's doing, but try to assist or answer someone else's questions during the time if he can manage it without too awful of consequences. To change up expectations, Terry is actually a warm Ravenclaw. Part of this has come from his family life, which was full of both a good solid family and a happy church life.
He loves learning and researching, but despises excessive amounts of theory. He was always the most likely to ask about the practical use of spells, hexes, and potions while studying them instead of just the whats and hows. Terry will help others in anything, be it life, classes, or anything else that might not fall into one of those two categories. He keeps excellent records of loans, discounts, and payment plans that he arranges. His brother and partner in business is kept in the dark about the more substantial of such transactions.

Family History:
Terry is a direct descendant of John Boot, founder of Boots the Chemist. It was his great uncle Jesse Boot who started the true establishment of the Boots Pharmacy and his cousin John Boot who furthered it. Terry's family is not directly involved with the business, but the whole lot of Boots are still very much in touch and are the sort to help any of their own in need.
Born to an upright Evangelistic family, Terry was brought up heavily involved in the church. When things first seemed strange, the boy appearing sitting on tall shelves, the nasty old cat that he tried to be friendly to found locked in the bathroom from the inside, they worried it was something evil and wrong. The letter that came and the strangely dressed man that came to explain it threw the Boot household for a spin. His mother didn't like it. His father thought it could be interesting. In the end, they decided they'd rather he go to Hogwarts than allow this magic business to get out of hand. Since then, his mother's been distant and worried that he'll become something that she can't love. His father is unchanged and supports him in all of his endeavors as long as it's what Terry wants to do.
Trevor, Terry's older brother and a Muggle, has always been a good influence on Terry's life. He's never chafed under the role of big brother and has lived with his younger brother since Terry graduated. Trevor graduated from the University of Nottingham's Medical School and is working in Paediatrics at the in Hawkshead along with owning half of the pharmacy that he, though mostly his brother, runs.

Terry went to Hogwarts with a lot of curiosity and fear. He didn't know what to expect. When he was quickly sorted to Ravenclaw, he was even more anxious. Knowing what the Houses meant, he'd half expected to be tossed into Hufflepuff. With the other First years, he found himself in the perfect place. He made friends easily all around, but his House and year mates were always the closest. If his first friend was Micheal, his first female friend was Morag. She was too stiff for dating, but she was good to tease and try to get to lighten up. The younger years always brought in a fun element, and Terry found himself easily making friends with many of them.
Academically, Terry was in the higher portion in most of the hands on classes, like Transfiguration, Charms, Potions, and others. History of Magic and Arithmancy put him to sleep, but studying on his own and making devices and techniques to help him study improved his grades hugely. He dabbled in several clubs and had been dying to join the Quidditch team, but never made it. The only club he stuck with was Dueling Club. The DAs were the only other thing that really caught his interest. Their determination, their going directly against that nasty Umbridge woman was all brilliant to him and Harry was brighter than he'd ever expected. Snape's reign of terror was a pain and with the help of his friends, Terry managed to fake his way back into Hogwarts. After all the damage and pain of that, Terry survived, but lost several close friends.

Terry's had a few odd jobs in his life. He's worked with his family's church for years growing up. After the first few years at Hogwarts, Terry started getting used to the wizarding world. He picked up a spot as a tutor while he could manage it, not during his OWLs of course. During his Fifth year, he started going to Diagon Alley looking for summer work. He found a spot at Slug & Jiggers during summer and later during holidays. Seventh year and the chaos of that has more or less eliminated his chances of working during that time, but he did get in touch with Slug & Jiggers again since everything happened and has been told he'll be permitted back, full time.

Being a sweet bloke, Terry found himself dating around quite a bit. He's had several girlfriends, both in House and out. Dating was always a fun thing for him and he was always careful of how serious things got. Terry has had serious girlfriends and he has had sex, but he isn't the sort to kiss and tell. The thing about that is his relationships are often quite public. He tends to be touchier with girlfriends and girls he likes, but falls easily into being touchy with female friends that he's comfortable with, which often fuels rumor fires. Fourth year many people suspected he was dating Morag MacDougal, but that is untrue and part of why they became less close in later years.
